# SaaS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the cloud-based software services provided by First Principles Biopharma, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

   The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the software as a service (SaaS) for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

   You may not:

   - Copy, modify, or distribute the software;
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
   - Share access credentials with unauthorized users;
   - Use the service for unlawful or malicious purposes

4. Data Handling & Security

   The Company does not store user data permanently; all data is retained temporarily in memory and purged when the session ends.

   The service operates over secure HTTPS connections to ensure data protection.

5. Termination

   The Company may terminate or suspend access to the service if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

   The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Colorado.
