Software End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

   First Principles Biopharma, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on a single device, solely for internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

   You may not:

   • Copy, distribute, or resell the software;

   • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works;

   • Use the software in a manner that violates applicable laws.
     
     

3. Ownership

   The software remains the sole property of First Principles Biopharma, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. Updates & Support

   The Company may provide updates at its discretion. Support services, if offered, are subject to separate agreements.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

   The software is provided “AS IS,” without warranties. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

   This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Colorado.
